What we collect: contact details you give us (name, email, shipping/billing address), order history, account and game data (Market Realm progress, play-money balances, Realm Coins / Roadblock Bucks balances), device and usage data via cookies and Shopify analytics, and messages you send us. Payment card data is processed by Shopify Payments / our payment processors; we do not store full card numbers.

AI chat disclosure: Our site may offer an automated AI chat assistant. You are chatting with software, not a human. Chats may be stored and reviewed to provide support and improve the service. Do not share sensitive personal or financial information in chat. AI responses may be inaccurate and are not financial, legal or tax advice.

How we use it: to fulfill orders and deliver downloads, run accounts and games, provide support, prevent fraud, comply with law, and (with consent where required) send marketing. You can unsubscribe at any time.

Sharing: with service providers (Shopify, payment processors including Stripe, email, hosting, analytics) under contract; when required by law; or in a business transfer. We do not sell personal information. Where "sharing" for cross-context advertising applies, you can opt out via the "Do Not Sell or Share" link.

Age: Our services are for adults 18+. We do not knowingly collect data from children under 13 (or under 18 for Market Realm); contact us and we will delete it.
