Refund Policy — Planner Studio

Digital downloads: Because digital products are delivered instantly, all sales of digital downloads are final and non-refundable once the file has been downloaded or accessed. If you have not downloaded the file, you may request a refund within 14 days of purchase. If a file is defective or not as described, contact us and we will replace it or refund you.

Subscriptions: cancel any time; cancellation stops future charges. Charges already processed are non-refundable except where required by law.

Physical products (if any): returns accepted within 30 days in original condition; buyer pays return shipping unless the item is damaged or incorrect.

Virtual items: Casino World chips are free and play money only. Realm Coins and Roadblock Bucks have no cash value and are not refundable or exchangeable for money.

How to request: use /pages/contact with your order number. Approved refunds go back to the original payment method within 5–10 business days. Your local consumer-protection rights still apply.
