Terms of Service — Planner Studio

Last updated: October 21, 2026. These Terms govern plannerstudio.store, Market Realm and related games ("Services"), operated by Planner Studio.

1. Eligibility (18+). You must be at least 18 years old (or the age of majority where you live) to use the Services, create an account or make a purchase.

2. Products. We sell digital planners, guides and templates and related products. Content is general education and entertainment only — not investment, financial, legal or tax advice. No results are guaranteed.

3. Market Realm, Trading House and bots. All trading shown is simulated (paper) trading with no real orders or broker connection. Hypothetical results have inherent limitations.

4. Casino World. Casino World is play money only. Chips cannot be purchased, have no cash value, and cannot be redeemed, transferred or exchanged for money, prizes, coins or tokens. It is not gambling and offers no real-money wagering.

5. Virtual items. Realm Coins, Roadblock Bucks, Course Credits and other in-app points and items are a limited, revocable license, have no cash or monetary value, and cannot be cashed out, sold, traded or transferred outside the Services. We may change or expire them.

6. Features not active. Brokerage, PLNS or other coins/tokens, payouts, funded trader accounts, land sales and sweepstakes are not active. Nothing on the Services is an offer to sell securities, digital assets or real estate.

7. Payouts (future). If seller earnings or prize payouts are ever enabled after legal clearance, they will be processed by Stripe (Stripe Connect) and subject to Stripe's terms, identity verification and tax reporting.

8. AI chat. Automated assistant responses may be inaccurate; do not rely on them as professional advice.

9. Acceptable use. No cheating, bots, multiple accounts, exploits, fraud or unlawful use. We may suspend accounts that violate these Terms.

10. IP. All content is owned by us or licensors. Purchases grant a personal, non-transferable license; no resale or redistribution. Third-party wallet/chain names are trademarks of their owners and imply no partnership.

11. Disclaimers & liability. Services are provided "as is." To the extent permitted by law, our liability is limited to the amount you paid us in the prior 12 months.

12. Disputes. Governed by the laws of the state in which Planner Studio is organized or, until then, the state of its principal place of business, without regard to conflict-of-law rules, except where your local consumer law gives you rights that cannot be waived. Any dispute will be resolved in the courts of that state unless applicable law requires otherwise.
