These Terms of Use govern your access to and use of plannerstudio.store, including the Planner Studio store, Market Realm, Trader's Path, Realm Walk, Roadblock and every other game, tool, page and download on the site (together, the "Site"). By using the Site you agree to these terms. If you do not agree, do not use the Site.
1. Ownership and intellectual property
The Site and everything on it, including its design, layout, text, graphics, logos, product files, game worlds, characters, 3D scenes, audio, data sets, source code, object code, scripts and the selection and arrangement of all of these, is owned by Planner Studio or its licensors and is protected by copyright, trademark, trade dress and other intellectual-property laws. © 2026 Planner Studio. 2. Limited license
We grant you a personal, non-exclusive, non-transferable, revocable license to view the Site and play its games in a web browser for your own non-commercial use, and to use products you buy under the license stated with each product. All rights not expressly granted are reserved.
3. Prohibited uses
You agree that you will not, and will not help or allow anyone else to:
- copy, reproduce, republish, frame, mirror, sell, resell, sublicense or redistribute any part of the Site, its games or its products, except as a product license allows;
- reverse engineer, decompile, disassemble, deobfuscate, decrypt or otherwise attempt to derive the source code, algorithms, game logic, assets or data structures of the Site or any game, script or file on it, except to the extent applicable law expressly permits despite this restriction;
- create derivative works, clones, replicas or substantially similar products, games, sites or services based on the Site, its games, its designs or its code;
- scrape, crawl, spider, harvest or data-mine the Site or its content by any automated means (including bots, scrapers, headless browsers and AI or machine-learning data collection) without our prior written permission. Ordinary search-engine indexing that follows our robots.txt is allowed;
- remove, alter or hide any copyright notice, ownership marker, watermark or fingerprint in any file, image or code;
- circumvent, disable or interfere with security, anti-copying or access-control features of the Site;
- download or extract game assets, 3D models, textures, audio, code or data for reuse elsewhere;
- use the Site for any unlawful purpose, or in a way that could damage, overload or impair it.
4. Games, play money and the PLNS token
All games on the Site use play money or play chips only. Play money, chips, coins and in-game items have no cash value and cannot be exchanged, withdrawn or redeemed for money or anything of value. The PLNS token runs on a test network only, is not for sale, and testnet tokens have no monetary value. Nothing on the Site is an offer to sell or a solicitation to buy any token, security or financial product.
5. Educational content, not advice
Everything on the Site is for education and entertainment only and is not financial, investment, tax or legal advice. Trading involves substantial risk of loss. See our Disclaimers.
6. Monitoring and enforcement
Our code and files contain ownership markers and fingerprints. We may monitor for copying and misuse and may suspend access, send takedown notices, and pursue all legal and equitable remedies, including injunctive relief and damages, for any breach of these terms or infringement of our rights.
7. Copyright complaints
If you believe content on the Site infringes your rights, or you want to report someone copying our Site, contact us through our contact page.
8. Third-party content and links
Headlines and links from third parties (for example on Trading News) belong to their owners. We are not responsible for third-party sites or content.
9. Disclaimer of warranties and limitation of liability
The Site is provided "as is" and "as available" without warranties of any kind. To the fullest extent permitted by law, Planner Studio is not liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential or punitive damages, or any loss of profits, data or trading losses, arising from your use of the Site.
10. Changes and other terms
We may update these terms at any time by posting a new version on this page. Purchases are also governed by our Terms of Service, Privacy Policy and Refund Policy. If any provision is found unenforceable, the rest remains in effect.
